• A Chief Operating Officer - overseeing the strategic direction of the federation.
• A Curriculum Manager - dedicated to supporting all schools deliver the highest quality curriculum to our children.
• A School Improvement Advisor - who supports and guides all of our schools in all aspects of Teaching and Learning.
• Safeguarding Manager - strategically overseeing al aspects of safeguarding in all schools. 
• An Associate School Improvement Partner who support the whole development of the federation.
